6. Chemical Products — Regulatory Compliance

• Complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations governing the purchase, import, storage, handling, and use of chemical products
• Obtaining any required permits, licenses, or approvals

7. OCC / Waste Paper — Export Terms

OCC export shipments are subject to separate written agreements between National Globe Trade and the buyer. Terms including grade, quantity, pricing, Incoterms (CIF or otherwise), and payment conditions will be specified in formal trade contracts. Market availability and pricing for OCC are subject to change.
